Return Policy
Right of
Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation (GEO no. 34/2014), you have the right to
return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date
of receipt.

Conditions
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered
(in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documents).
Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of wear, scratches,
damage, or missing components.

or by phone at 0371 040 151, and complete the return form.
The product
must be sent to the following address within 14 days from the date of
withdrawal notification:
Strada Padurisu no. 5, Frumusani Commune, Calarasi County.
The direct
costs of returning products are borne by the customer, except in cases where
the return is due to a delivery error or defective products.
Refund of
Amounts Paid
We will reimburse any amount received from you, including delivery costs
(except additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the
standard one we offer), within no more than 14 days from the date we
receive the returned product or proof of its shipment.
The refund
will be made using the same payment method as the initial purchase, unless you
have expressly agreed to another refund method.
